You must be 13 years or older to use VibeinAI. If you’re under 18, make sure you have a parent or guardian’s permission.
If you’re here just to mess around, break stuff, or abuse the system—this isn’t the place for you.
2. Your Account
To get the most out of VibeinAI, you’ll need to sign up. When you create an account, please:
- Use real, accurate info.
- Keep your password safe.
- Don’t share your account or pretend to be someone else.
If we notice anything sketchy, we may suspend or delete your account without warning.
3. What You Can (and Can’t) Do
We’re all about fun, but we also want to keep things safe and respectful. You can’t:
- Use VibeinAI to send spam, threats, hate, or illegal stuff.
- Try to hack, reverse engineer, or mess with the app.
- Pretend to be another user or abuse the AI.
You can:
- Chat, flirt, joke, or vibe with our AI in a respectful way.
- Customize your experience.
- Give feedback to help us make VibeinAI even better.
4. AI Content Disclaimer
Our AI is smart, but it’s not perfect. Sometimes it might say something inaccurate, silly, or unexpected. Please:
- Don’t rely on it for legal, medical, or serious advice.
- Understand that all conversations are generated by AI and may not reflect reality.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
VibeinAI has free and premium options. If you upgrade:
- You’ll be charged through your app store (Apple/Google).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime through your app store settings.
We do not offer refunds unless legally required.
6. Your Data & Privacy
We care about your privacy. Check out our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your data. TL;DR:
- We don’t sell your data.
- We only ask for what we need to make the app work well.
- You’re always in control of your info.
7. Termination
You can stop using VibeinAI anytime. We can also suspend or remove your access if you break the rules, abuse the system, or do anything illegal or harmful.
8. No Guarantees (Sorry!)
We try our best, but:
- We can’t promise the app will always work perfectly.
- We’re not responsible for any damages, losses, or weird convos that happen while using the app.

9. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know in the app or via email. Continuing to use VibeinAI after changes means you’re cool with the new version.
